The European Union’s position
The Council of the EU describes the Lukashenko regime as complicit in Russia’s aggression against Ukraine since February 2022, including by making territory available. Responsibility for specific international crimes requires separate legal findings; the EU’s position is not a court judgment.
EUAA describes prosecutions of some people for alleged support for Ukraine and antiwar activity. Individual cases need the precise charge, date and procedural status.
